What is flexible?
Ok- so to get this flex thing down, I need to figure out what flexible means.
The traditionalist in me heads to the dictionary. Gotta love Merriam Webster's definitions:
So how does one "bend" a library? How do we change and do different things? How do you change a culture who grew up thinking the library was a quiet place for books and story time? What's the key?
A dear friend of mine said, "Start small, Mary Alice. Pick one thing at a time." But there is the problem. One thing. Just one. For now.
